Prior to 2021
Prior to 2021 full year, RetailROI was a sponsored project under The Giving Back Fund and rolled up under their 990 filed with the IRS. In September of 2020 we filed for the new organization. RetailROI Inc is the new organization and is a 501(c)3 charity Federal Tax ID: 85-3211375 . So contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
Note: for 2020, 2021, and 2022 all of our expenses have been covered by specific company donations allowing us to share that 100% of all other donations go to the programs. But for IRS purposes, the donation is combined with Revenues, and the expenses are below in the expense category as we have to report it this way.
